"LET DOROTHY GO TO THE CITY OF EMERALDS" and off to an adventure this young lady could never expect in her wildest dreams. Regarding the shoes, I'm well aware the literary version has silver
slippers while the iconic movie sported "ruby" but naturally the
technicolor version stuck with modern audiences for the past several
decades. Although this isn't my favorite tale I do have a tremendous amount of respect for it. I can't imagine how many lifetimes I'd need to create this idea, and lucky for me it was done a long time ago.
